Priority Import-Export Services, Inc
Priority Import Export Services, Inc is a participant in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Program. C-TPAT is a voluntary, joint government-business initiative to build cooperative relationships that strengthen the overall supply chain and border security. Every organization involved in logistics, distribution or supply chain management will benefit by ongoing, and collaborative, efforts to create a more secure global trading system.
As a C-TPAT participant, Priority Import-Export Services, Inc must assess, improve, and communicate comprehensive safety procedures for cargo security. As part of this process, U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) requires that all parties in our import supply-chain adhere to the CBP minimum security criteria and utilize the Seven Point Inspection Process to insure the physical integrity of every container prior to loading. Both the minimum security criteria and the Seven Point Inspection Process can be accessed by using the CBP links listed below.
Priority Import-Export Services, Inc will work closely with our service vendors to ensure that our partners meet and exceed these security guidelines as CBP expands the C-TPAT program throughout various sectors of the transportation industry.
Our attention to the safe and secure carriage of cargo has been, and continues to be, the foundation of our vendor relationships. Accordingly, we are in full support of all CBP security initiatives implemented for the protection of global trade against terrorism, including C-TPAT.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. We appreciate your continued support of Priority Import-Export Services Inc and the C-TPAT Program.
